GatorSTRAP® is a woven polyester strapping product available in break strengths ranging from 1,200 lbs. to 5,400 lbs Each GatorSTRAP® is designed to replace a specific steel band, providing equal strength while delivering savings, safety, and convenience

Polyester Strapping (PET Strapping) is used when regular Polypropylene strap is not strong enough PET Strapping can also be used in place of Steel Strapping in some applications It is lower cost and safer to use than Steel Strapping A different Strap Sealer (PET Sealer) and Serrated Seals are required for PET Strapping

Polyester's unique physical qualities make it one of the best strapping materials to use for securing any type of palletized or unitized load Depending on the size of steel strapping currently being used, polyester strapping can provide up to a 25% savings in strapping costs Can eliminate the need for metal seals in certain applications, which provides additional savings and reduces product damage that might occur through the use of other packaging alternatives Approved by the Association of American Railroads (AAR) for open top and closed rail car shipments of Brick, Lumber and other panel products

A Porta Carton is an ideal way to get started using PP strapping It is also a convenient way to bring the strapping to your job site It features a self-dispensing carton with a flip back lid and storage area at the top of the box where you can store your fasteners
